I had amazing support from Bee Financial whilst navigating purchase of my first property through a shared ownership arrangement. Annabelle Bezant and Laura Astley were both helping me and were both fantastic. I was in contact with Laura pretty much daily. Being my first venture on to the property ladder I had a lot of questions and she guided me through all of it, even the simplest things that I was a little embarrassed to ask about. She was there to help even once everything had been handed over to my solicitor, and though her work was done she’d still be there to answer any query’s I had. For the last few years we have used Annabelle as our mortgage advisor. Firstly when we brought our first house together, we were not in the best position credit wise but Annabelle worked so hard and got us our first mortgage, we then used her again when our fixed term was up and again got us the best deal she could. We then decided we needed to move and approached Annabelle again, and of course again she did thorough research and after back and forths with different lenders she secured another mortgage for us. Even through the stresses shes not only there as a mortgage advisor she listens and reassures. I would highly reccomended anyone looking for a mortgage advisor to use Bee Financial, Annabelle and Laura work amazingly together and work non stop to get you where you need to be.

We chose to use Bee financial as our mortgage brokers when myself and my fiancee decided to buy our first home. Laura and anabel are faultless and provided an absolutley perfect service. They provided us support in an often stressfull time and put us at ease. When myself or my partner didnt understand certain terminology or forms they took the time out of their busy schedule to explain it in such a way that we understood. We are so so pleased we chose to use Bee Financial and we are 100 percent certain we will use these guys again when our fixed rate mortgage ends. A LITERAL GODSEND!❤️ We were recommended Annabelle by my cousin who had used her a year prior for her first home. I can now also say I would 100% highly recommend Annabelle and her team! GREAT!! Annabelle was so helpful and practical when it came to getting a mortgage for my son who is self employed. More than 2 other brokers had told him to go away and come back is 12 or 24 months but not Annabelle. She immediately told us it was completely possible and what we needed to do. He is in the CIS scheme and we needed 13wks slips as evidence and coupled with Further guidance from Annabelle to swing the odds in his favour he got his mortgage offer and is now in his own home at 22. My partner and I couldn’t thank Annabelle enough. After some sticky situations, our credit score wasn’t the best… We were rejected twice from some lenders and were ready to give up hope. Annabelle on the other hand did not give up on us. She managed to get us a mortgage offer we could only imagine of getting. Everything has been explained to us clearly and she was on hand to answer any questions we had. As this will be our first home, we didn’t know what to expect, and what felt like a million questions.
